Yuuhi-kun didn't really have plans for the land in the mountains that he would eventually inherit from his family. And he never imagined himself the landlord for the elite Shuuiku Academy. But when his brother, a teacher at the invitation only academy, volunteers the use of his inheritance for the elite school's grounds chaos ensues. The students themselves aren't happy about having the move to the middle of nowhere and Yuuhi, a high school student himself, doesn't want tons of rich brats running around his home either.
